Kelly moved to Austin this summer after spending several years in Chicago. Her fitness journey started out on the soccer fields and tumbling mats as a kid. As an adult she’s completed two marathons, several half-marathons, swims, and loves changing up her workouts.

Kelly found the Lagree Fitness method after a difficult knee surgery and quickly fell in love with the workout. It allowed her to rebuild her strength faster than going to physical therapy. Even after rebuilding that strength, the workouts continue to challenge her, which one of the many reasons why she loves this workout! Kelly's passion for Lagree led her to a teaching certification with the goal of sharing this workout with everyone!
