Growing up playing multiple sports, Conlee has always been active and interested in health and fitness. Once she started attending The University of Texas at Austin in 2014, she was constantly trying out new workouts to fill her free time. She found Pure Pilates Austin in 2015 and it only took her one class to fall in love with the full body workout and become a studio regular.

As a trainer, she hopes to motivate clients to become the best version of themselves by helping them become stronger and more confident, one sweaty sculpt class at a time.
