Rachel is originally from Charlotte, NC but moved to Texas in 2008 to attend graduate school and decided to stay! She found her love of fitness early in life through cheer leading and running cross country. She first tried Pure Pilates Austin when living in an apartment directly above the Domain studio (who wouldn't be intrigued by a Megaformer?), and was immediately hooked! She loves the results she's seen with the Lagree method. When she's not in the studio you can find her running the town lake trail or planning her next travel adventure.
