August 8 - 10, 2025
September 5 - 7, 2025
Note that you only need to attend ONE of the weekends fully to receive your Level 1 Lagree certification.

WHAT WILL I LEARN?
Learn the ins and outs of the Mega and gain the ability to teach the patented method on Lagree equipment. Training will cover the science of Lagree including principles & methods, mechanics of the Megaformer, in-depth education of key exercise categories and basic anatomy and the art of Lagree - basic routine building and teaching techniques. You will receive access to the Lagree Level 1 training materials for life, which are updated continually.
WHAT MAKES THE LEVEL 1 TRAINING AT PURE DIFFERENT?
Our course is a total of 30 hours Level 1 certification and will provide you with more in depth knowledge and help develop your teaching skills. We train in studio on the Mega so that each move is felt in the body - plus, each trainee gains valuable experience on the mic teaching to the group (don't worry - it is a fun, supportive community). The additional hours allow us to go into detail about each and every exercise on the Mega, plus you get free classes!
IS THIS AN OFFICIAL LAGREE TRAINING?
Level 1 Lagree certification at Pure Pilates Austin will be conducted by an officIal Lagree Master Trainer with over 12 years of Lagree teaching experience and is recognized as an official Lagree Fitness Level 1 certification and will qualify you to teach at ANY Lagree licensed studio around the world. Employment is not guaranteed at Pure Pilates Austin or any Lagree studio.
You will be certified as a Level 1 Lagree instructor. To obtain Level 2 certification an additional training will need to be completed.
WHAT IS THE WEEKEND SCHEDULE?
We will hold training over the course of three days:
- Friday 2pm -7pm
-Saturday 8am -7pm
- Sunday 1:30pm - 6:30pm
One day of training will be held at each studio. If you have minimal scheduling issues reach out as we may be able to accommodate you.
HOW MUCH DOES TRAINING COST?
Training costs are $3, 000 total, with an initial non-refundable deposit of $500 due upon registration and the remaining fee due no later than 14 days prior to the first day of certification.
All Level 1 Lagree Certification participants will receive 2 months of free classes at Pure (a $600 value) to help aid in your mastery of Lagree.

If you interview and are accepted into the Pure Add-On program, you will be required to complete and become certified in six Lagree Level 1 Advanced courses. We will do the certification in house over the Add-On period. These certifications will cost $600 additional dollars and in return you will receive an additional 2 months of free classes.
Those that successfully complete the training add-ons and are hired by Pure will receive up to $750 in reimbursements based on tenure of employment.
HOW DO I RESERVE MY SPOT?
Once you determine the weekend you would like to do your Level 1 Lagree Certification, you can pay your deposit and reserve your spot. The full amount will be due 14 days prior to the start of the certification weekend.

WHAT IS PURE LOOKING FOR IN A TRAINER?

HOW DO I AUDITION?
Interviews and auditions will take place in studio following the first weekend of training and will last 45 minutes. The audition will consist of both an interview and a short Lagree audition in studio
To audition, complete the application that will be sent upon receipt of the deposit.
IF I AM HIRED BY PURE, WHAT ADDITIONAL TRAINING WILL I NEED TO COMPLETE?
Individuals will be tentatively hired by Pure to join their team based on the successful completion of additional group training hours, class observations, demo classes, routine writing assignments, community classes and practice. Additional training hours will be spread across a six week period following the inItial Level 1 training and will be spread out between weekday and weekends. Minimum required additional hours is 50 hours across all activities.
