Our course is a total of 25 hours vs. the normal 18 hour Level 1 certification, and will provide you with more in depth knowledge and help develop your teaching skills. We train in studio on the Mega so that each move is felt in the body - plus, each trainee gains valuable experience on the mic teaching to the group (don't worry - it is a fun, supportive community. The additional hours allow us to go into detail about each and every exercise on the Mega, plus you get free classes!
