I love the small classroom, the trainers can focus their attention on you and help you improve and go beyond your workout. There’s always a way to improve or push yourself and the trainers can help you find what works.
The workouts are different every time you go, and its not always different combinations of the SAME moves. The trainers are constantly finding new moves to incorporate and they always listen to see which ones are favorites and which ones are not as effective.
The location is awesome - tucked into west campus so it is in walking distance for majority of students!
