Alexis grew up in Southern California and spent most of her younger years on the beach, the soccer field, or the ski slopes. A friend recommended the Lagree Method to help with recovery after a series of knee surgeries, and after just one class, she was hooked. After seeing how strong and healthy she felt, she decided that training was the best way to share this amazing fitness method with others.
Alexis holds a Masters in Public Health and spends her days working for a nonprofit. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking, volunteering, doing just about anything outdoors, and spending time with her two high-maintenance rescue pups, Foxy and Fiona.
