Emily is an Austin native. Growing up, Emily was very active and was involved in competitive dance as well as drill team and varsity tennis during high school. After graduating from Texas A&M, Emily fell in love with running and group based fitness classes, even completing her first half marathon. She was soon after introduced to Lagree and hasn't found a more effective, challenging workout since. She is very passionate about physical and mental health and uses Pure Pilates as a way to strengthen herself from the inside out. She wants to help others feel their strongest by providing a safe space for them to feel challenged and empowered, every single class.
In her spare time, she enjoys trying microbreweries in Austin, playing with her pup Shiner and or attending live music concerts.
