Julia grew up in New York playing soccer and tennis, but wasn’t introduced to group fitness classes until she moved to Austin in 2021. She became immediately obsessed and discovered the massive benefits that low-impact workouts, like Lagree, had on her physical and mental health. She uses Pure Pilates as a way to share her passion for group fitness with the Austin community, and to feel stronger with every class.

In her spare time, Julia can be found attending concerts, sipping on wine, or walking her Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, Gigi, around Lady Bird Lake.
