Lauren is a fitness enthusiast whose love of athletics started at an early age. She has over 12 years of experience in the fitness industry. After discovering the Lagree Method, she was captivated by its unique ability to challenge her strength and endurance as a low-impact workout. Lauren believes in creating an empowering environment where clients can challenge themselves and grow stronger, both physically and mentally. Outside the studio, she enjoys being out on the water, exploring Austin's trails, and trying out the newest restaurants.
