Missy is a native Austinite and proud Longhorn. After spending 15 years as a dancer with tumbling classes on the side, she was searching for a great workout that combined the strength, intensity, balance, and flexibility she craved. Missy stumbled upon The Lagree Method in Houston and was instantly hooked and has now found a new studio home at Pure Pilates Austin. She hopes to help clients improve their strength and confidence in her classes.
Outside of the studio you can find Missy rooting for UT football, walking her Pomeranian on town lake, and exploring new countries in search of a great view.
