After four years playing NCAA volleyball at Southern Methodist University, and ten months of sand volleyball in Perth, Australia, Natalie moved to Austin where her passion for fitness and wellness continued. She became a certified Hatha yoga teacher in 2011 building a non-profit, Dona Yoga, for recovering cancer patients and their families.
Her love for the Austin fitness community grew as she found her place at Pure Pilates Austin in October 2013, where she started teaching Lagree. Since then, she has traveled the west coast teaching in San Diego, San Francisco and Seattle. She returned to Austin in summer 2020 with her husband and little boy and is excited to bring the shakes back to the Austin community.
