Brand & Community Marketing Manager

About the Role

We’re looking for a full-time Brand & Community Marketing Manager to bring our studios to life—online, in-studio, and across our local community.

This role is all about execution + creativity. You’ll own the day-to-day execution of marketing across:

  • Social content (Reels, posts, Stories)

  • Email marketing (design + scheduling)

  • In-studio moments, events, and activations

You’ll work closely with leadership who sets the strategy—while you make it all happen beautifully, consistently, and on-brand.

If you love content, have a great eye for design, and get excited about building community, this role is for you.

Qualifications

  • Experience managing social media accounts + strong content creation skills, especially video/Reels

  • Experience designing, building, and scheduling marketing emails in a CRM platform (Attentive, Mailchimp, etc.)

  • Proficiency in Canva

  • Strong visual eye for clean, modern, on-brand assets

  • Experience supporting or executing events, activations, or campaigns
